The Russell County Area Community Foundation (RCACF) is now accepting applications for its fall grant cycle, with approximately $50,000 available to support charitable community improvement projects in the Russell County Area.

Applications are due online by 11:59 pm on September 30.

This grant cycle will support local programs and projects that address one or more of the following areas:

• Education
• Health care
• Community social services and security
• Conservation and the environment
• Arts and culture
• Community beautification
• Projects that improve the health and well-being of children living in the Russell County area

Funding for this fall’s grants is provided by the Dane G. Hansen Community Grant Fund, Kansas Health Foundation Children’s Fund, and the Kansas Health Foundation Public Health Fund.

Nonprofit organizations – including government and public entities, schools, and churches – are encouraged to apply. Complete grant funding criteria and the online application are available at rcacf.org under the Grants tab.
